Watch this cooking video by Tasty Feast Magic and enjoy a spicy green egg curry tonight!<br /><br />Ingredients:<br />Oil+ Ghee<br />(2+1) Onions<br />1 Tomato<br />5 Green Chillies<br />Few Pieces Coconut<br />Few Peppercorns<br />1” Cinnamon Stick<br />4-5 Cloves<br />Few Garlic Flakes<br />1” Ginger<br />Little Water<br />1 Cup Hot Water<br />A bunch Cilantro (Coriander Leaves)<br />A few Mint Leaves<br /><br />Method of Preparation: <br />1. Heat a pan add oil and sauté 2 onions with 5 green chillies.<br />2. Then add few mint leaves & Coriander leaves & sauté for few seconds.<br />3. Then allow the mixture to cool down.<br />4. For Green Masala Paste, Grind the above mixture with few coconut pieces, few peppercorns, cinnamon stick, cloves, garlic flakes, ginger & little water. <br />5. In a pan add ghee & add chopped onions & chopped tomatoes & sauté it for few minutes.<br />6. Then add the green masala paste and sauté it for few minutes & add salt.<br />7. Close the lid & allow the masala to cook for few minutes.<br />8. Then add hot water to adjust the consistency & then add garam masala powder.<br />9. Cut the boiled eggs into halves and add to the boiling gravy.<br />10. Add some gravy on top of the eggs & after few minutes flip the eggs.<br />11. Close the lid & let it cook for few minutes.<br />12.
